This is a fantastic role that sits within our Marketing and Communications team, at the very heart of Knight Frank’s client-centric activities, and helps drive our focus on providing market-leading property information to our client base through hosted events, client mapping, marketing collateral and business development forums. We’re looking for someone who has a real passion for client relationship management and delivering exceptional stakeholder experiences by applying both an analytical and creative lens to all tasks, while working cross-functionally to help coordinate and steer our national growth strategy.
Key responsibilities :
- Collaborate with senior business leaders to develop client engagement strategies in line with key service line – and overall national business – objectives.
- Proactively revise, update and maintain our national CRM database.
- Coordinate and support monthly national business development meetings focusing on top clients covering various cross-collaboration engagement strategies.
- Coordinate, oversee and execute client events in conjunction with stakeholders across the wider business (in-house and external).
- Demonstrate good financial management of client engagement budgets.
- Build and maintain exceptional relationships with all key stakeholders, both internally and externally.

- Relevant tertiary qualification: Bachelor of Marketing Management, Advanced Diploma or equivalent.
- Background in marketing or client engagement (minimum 2-3 years), with experience in corporate event coordination.
- Client/customer-centric mindset.
- High proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Working knowledge of CRM database operation, function and maintenance.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to multi-task and handle conflicting priorities.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Forensic attention to detail.
- Excellent research capabilities.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Positive and proactive ‘can do’ attitude, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
