We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Commercial Leasing Agent to join our team.

As a Commercial Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for managing the leasing process for our commercial properties. This includes negotiating lease terms and maintaining positive relationships with tenants and owners. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate market and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote available commercial properties to potential tenants
• Conduct property inspections and provide detailed information to prospective tenants
• Negotiate lease terms and conditions with tenants and vendors
• Prepare and execute lease agreements
• Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activities
• Perform all duties to a high professional and ethical standard
• High level of customer service to vendors

Qualifications:

• Possession of a real estate license or certificate of registration – or willing to obtain ASAP
• Current Driver’s license
• Ability to provide and maintain your own work vehicle for work purposes
• Experience in the real estate industry desirable but not essential
