The Opportunity:

Join Komatsu as Branch Manager, overseeing the operations of our Parts, Service, and Product Support Departments to ensure efficiency, profitability, and exceptional customer support.

You will establish and execute departmental business plans focused on growth and customer satisfaction, manage budgets, and foster a safe work environment through regular audits.

What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years in Parts and Service operations in mining, construction, or heavy equipment
  • Budgeting and expenditure control experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication, with presentation skills
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent negotiation abilities
  • Business acumen to enhance revenue and profitability
  • Computer literacy
  • Delegation and performance review skills
  • After-sales marketing program experience
  • Strong analytical and inventory management skills
  • Organisational skills in managing Parts and Service departments
  • Valid motor vehicle license
  • Diploma in Management preferred
