The Opportunity
Are you an experienced Komatsu Specialist eager to advance your career in training while embracing opportunities to travel?
We’re seeking a qualified Mobile Plant Mechanic / Auto Electrician with extensive hands-on experience in diagnosing Komatsu construction sized earthmoving machinery with a true passion for guiding and mentoring Technicians.
As a Mobile Plant Specialist Trainer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive training materials and resources, ensuring the highest standard of technical training delivery. You’ll have a pivotal role in sharing your knowledge with trades personnel and customers, while managing training aids and visual tools to foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
Role Located: Sherwood, QLD

What we are looking for:
- Qualifications in either;
- Cert III in Automotive Electrical Technology
- Cert III in Mobile Plant Technology or equivalent
- Hands-on experience maintaining heavy earthmoving machinery (Komatsu equipment preferable)
- Ability to travel to various branches and customer sites across Australia and New Zealand for up to two weeks per month
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)
- Previous experience conducting training within a classroom environment
- Ability to build strong internal and customer relationships
- Excellent attention to detail
- Familiarity with computer-based software and programs such as;
- Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
