The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Workshop Plant Mechanic to join our dynamic team in Seven Hills. As a key member of a small, close-knit team of 5, you will report directly to the Leading Hand and play a crucial role in servicing and repairing a variety of construction and utility equipment. This is a great opportunity to bring your expertise to a collaborative environment where quality workmanship and efficiency are highly valued. Remuneration: Base Rate + Super + Tool Allowance + Penalties Rates for Overtime + Mobile. Fortnightly Pay Cycle.

What we are looking for:

  • Mobile Plant / Diesel Fitting or equivalent trade certificate
  • for Heavy Road Transport Mechanics with extensive earthmoving experience - options available to complete a trade upgrade
  • Current drivers licence – preferably MR (field service position)
  • Proven experience repairing and maintaining construction and mining mobile plant
  • Ability to work unsupervised and autonomously
  • Commitment to safety and ability to work in remote areas
  • Must be currently living in Australia with valid work rights
