About the Role:

A new opportunity is available for an Equipment Finance and Credit Administrator to join the Komatsu Equipment Finance Team, based in Fairfield East, NSW.

Reporting to the National Manager, Equipment Finance, this role will provide high level support to the Equipment Finance team located across Australia and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities will include the following:

  • Prepare finance quotes and send indicative quotes to EFM’s and / or customers
  • Work with EFM’s and customers to obtain required information and completed credit applications, AML / Privacy forms
  • Prepare credit submissions, including AML and credit checks and submit for approval
  • Document new transactions including Master Agreements and accompanying finance Schedules
  • Prepare transaction pre-settlement workflow and submit for settlement
  • PPSR registrations / deregistrations / reconciliation
  • Assist managers with end of month reporting, data analysis and presentations
  • Follow up arrears and end of term refinances
  • Ensure transactional adherence to company policies, business rules and credit risk approval conditions
  • Other tasks requested by management

To be successful in this role, you will have the following:

  • 5+ years in a sales or credit administration role within a bank or finance company
  • Ability to prepare and assess credit submissions including analysis of company financials
  • Exposure to documenting loans plus AML and other regulatory checks
  • Able to prepare pre-settlement workflow
  • Experience in collecting overdue repayments
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office and PC skills including Excel
  • High attention to detail
  • Highly organised and self-motivated
  • A mature and flexible work attitude
