We’re looking for a Field Trainer to join our Service Team in NSW.

In this position you will train proactively and coach field operatives in the Training Centre and / or on site.

You will be passionate and motivated and be safety driven and confident in your delivery and approach. This is a NSW role and travel expected when required.

What will you be doing?

  • Train proactively and coach field operatives in the Training Centre and/or on site
  • Maintain strong connections with other training colleagues within KONE globally to share best practices and to understand current and future trends Analyse actual performance to plan, recommend and implement corrective actions
  • Support and actively participate in new employee induction, site inspections and audits
  • Include local requirements in global instructions and training content to match the local needs
  • Support competence development surveys, assessments and other ways to find out the competence development needs
  • Participate in the incident or severe near miss investigations together with the Safety Manager

What are we looking for?

  • A passion for learning and helping others grow to achieve their goals
  • Have extensive experience gained within the lift industry – service trouble shooting experience would be advantageous
  • Be comfortable and confident in delivering training in person or virtually Identify coaching opportunities and facilitate effective coaching sessions Highly organised, resilient and with the ability to work under pressure whilst managing multiple demands
  • Build rapport with operatives and stakeholders to become a trusted advisor First rate stakeholder management capabilities – excellent communicator and influencer
  • Good computer skills – particularly MS Excel
