KONE are looking for a Project Manager to join our Installation team Major Projects in Brisbane, Q.L.D.

In this position you will administer and control Major Projects across the Brisbane Q.L.D. Northern region and Gold Coast using your ability to manage people and resources, engage proactively with customers and motivate and inspire your team.

What will you be doing?

  • Achieving KONE's safety targets by developing a safety focused culture, ensuring adherence to clearly defined procedures and guidelines
  • Effectively communicating with customers and subcontractors throughout the installation process
  • Being an inspiring team leader who gets the best out of others and always strives to exceed customer expectations
  • Contract administration and financials
  • Driving key projects aimed at continuous improvement

What are we looking for?

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications highly desirable (i.e. Construction Management, Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering)
  • Lift industry experience desired
  • Demonstrated experience within a commercial environment, managing projects at a project management level
  • Ability to engage stakeholders and facilitate training
  • Proven ability to win with customers
  • A resilient and persevering approach with high emotional intelligence
  • Valid Australian driver’s license
