What your day will look like

  • Provide a delightful experience to brokers and their customers
  • Provide exceptional servicing support to brokers in relation to new loan enquiries (including scenarios), applications or existing loans
  • Help drive our broker communications, including email updates and LinkedIn messaging
  • Proactively follow up sales leads and opportunities to completion
  • Answer inbound calls, answer any questions brokers may have and help educate brokers about our personal loans
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
  • From time to time, support the broader business in initiatives to improve business performance, efficiencies and customer satisfaction

Your experience

  • The ideal candidate has at least 2+ years of experience in broker support and / or consumer finance sales
  • In that time, you’ve built a track record of providing quality customer service with a solid phone manner
  • Proactive, a self-starter and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong computer skills (familiarity with SalesForce systems would be an advantage)
  • Exposure to consumer lending and credit assessments would be an advantage
