The opportunity

As a Team Leader, you will lead a team of passionate Operations Officers who are the first point of contact for all MoneyPlace customers.

You will coach the team to achieve individual, team and business objectives, whilst allocating tasks, upgrade team skills and ensure your team is providing a delightful experience to customers.

What your day will look like

• Manage and develop team
• allocate daily, weekly and monthly work tasks
• Upgrade team skills and implement training programs
• Oversee and decision customer hardship applications
• Optimise task timings and release capacity with the Operations Support Team
• Enhance the company's reputation
• Support broader business in initiatives to improve business performance, efficiencies and customer satisfaction.

• Has great attention to detail and checks data quickly and accurately

Experience

• The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in leadership
• In that time, you’ve built a track record with stakeholder engagement
• Extremely strong computer skills, including an adept user of Excel
• Exposure to consumer lending and credit assessments would be an advantage
• Familiarity with SalesForce systems would be an advantage.
