Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in AI and machine learning, with a strong track record of developing and deploying operational AI models.
• Expertise in operationalizing AI systems, with knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and scaling AI solutions in production environments.
• Strong leadership skills, including experience in guiding teams, making technical decisions, and fostering collaboration.
• Experience working with AI frameworks, cloud services, and AI deployment best practices.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in an Agile environment.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A commitment to quality, risk management, and compliance in all technical processes.
