About the Role

As a Safeworking Coordinator in our Infrastructure Track team, you’ll be a vital part of our safety initiatives. Your work will ensure our teams can inspect and maintain our rail network effectively while prioritising safety every step of the way.

This is a full-time permanent role, day shift only, Monday to Friday 7.30am – 4pm, based at our Coburg depot.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with Safeworking resources to plan safe access for routine and reactive maintenance.
  • Implement Safeworking plans that enhance rail safety and minimise disruptions.
  • Provide valuable planning advice to improve productivity and safety.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
  • Participate in safety incident investigations, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

About You

  • You have a minimum TFPC Level 3.2.
  • You hold an Inner Suburban Unrestricted competency and a valid Victorian driver’s license.
  • You bring demonstrated rail operational safeworking experience.
  • You’re a team player who thrives in collaborative environments.
  • You possess strong communication skills that shine in high-pressure situations.
