The role. What you will do.

We are currently looking for a Business Services Coordinator to join our growing team in Auckland.

The focus of this role is to support our teams with the delivery of bids and proposals, including copy writing/editing and document design using InDesign. The role works primarily with our sectors, with connectivity to our Marketing and Communications teams to deliver industry leading material and presentations that support client engagement.

The role also works collaboratively with the Support Services function contributing to other wider-office initiatives and activities including event coordination (booking facilities, organising catering), social media and internal communications (LinkedIn updates and project updates) as well as supports the in-location delivery of other business service functions as required (i.e., IT, HR, Finance etc) and additional office requirements (reception, invoicing, timesheets, travel bookings).

About you.

You will have experience using InDesign and working with bids and proposals, including collation of medium to complex documents. You'll have experience working with multiple stakeholders and teams, and supporting staff at a senior level.
You will be an intermediate to advanced user of Word, Excel and Powerpoint with strong administrative skills. Your well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to influence and guide key stakeholders will set you up for success from the start of your career at Mott MacDonald.
