This is an exciting time to join Multiplex QLD working on some of the most iconic construction projects in Brisbane and the Gold Coast!
As a site based Office Administrator/Receptionist within Multiplex you will play a key role in providing reception and administrative support to the project team. Overseeing the smooth running and management of onsite office systems and processes, responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Front of house including meeting and greeting guests, taking messages and assisting where possible

  • General office duties

  • Day to day office management – kitchen, stationary, IT, document control

  • Arranging meetings and appointments, including room bookings

  • Distribution of mail and organising couriers

  • Typing of correspondence, reports, agendas

  • Maintain business expenses

  • Timesheet management

  • Assist in coordination of project social functions

The ideal candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude who has experience working in a fast-paced administration capacity, is proficient with database systems (including strong attention to detail and accuracy), loves to problem solve and can build strong interpersonal relationships with all of our internal and external stakeholders.
