We have an exciting opportunity at nbn, as the Technical Product Owner, reporting to the Senior Manager Partner Experience.
A bit about your role
The Technical Product Owner for Partner Experience is responsible for enhancing the digital integration and collaboration between nbn and its business partners, including RSPs, Delivery Partners, MSPs, and others, by managing platform features and lifecycle.
The role drives improvements through cross-functional coordination, supports partner onboarding and certification, and ensures partners are equipped with the tools and knowledge to automate and streamline interactions.
It plays a key role in delivering partner simplicity, fostering collaboration, and tracking benefits from process automation and self-service adoption.
A bit about you
The ideal candidate should have experience in the telecommunications industry, with strong skills in business analysis, IT solutioning, technical writing, and project planning.
High-level communication and influencing abilities are essential as well as Developer experience with strong coding skills.
While the role has no direct or indirect reports and no financial accountability, it involves making decisions on IT business processes and defining industry requirements, with escalations required for approvals and release timings. TM Forum accreditations are preferred but not mandatory.
