The opportunity

Please note: We are open to candidates located in Adelaide, Sydney and Melbourne.

This newly created role sits on the sales leadership team and contributes significantly to strategic initiatives, focusing on advice enablement and data strategy, specifically with the recent acquisition of Xeppo. This is a strategic sales role that will be pivotal in integrating and leveraging our new financial advisory tool, with our existing sales efforts to make it part of a comprehensive solution with Netwealth.

As Head of Technology Sales and Consulting, you will spearhead technology practice management sales. You will develop and implement a robust sales strategy for our new technology and advisory solutions, focusing on key market segments and potential clients to drive growth and profitability by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, markets, and segments.

You will focus on client engagement and relationship management, building and maintaining strong relationships by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions. You will conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our new tools, while working closely with the product development team to provide feedback and drive continuous improvement.

About you

This is a strategic sales role and will suit a dynamic sales leader who excels in bridging the gap between technology and financial advisory, ensuring that solutions meet client needs and drive business growth.

You will bring a strong pedigree of technology sales (preferably FinTech or advisory solutions) to this role and a proven track record of successfully managing complex sales cycles and achieving targets. Experience in integrating and leveraging big data tools within financial services is highly desirable.

You are a strong people leader dedicated to building and driving high-performing teams. Your ability to work collaboratively and cross functionally to inspire and motivate will be key in achieving our ambitious goals.
