We’re on the lookout for a Commercial Technical Lead, with a strong background in crop protection agronomy, to join our team. In this role you will enable the consistent delivery of our Customer Value Proposition, acting as the technical expert for the commercial team, sharing comprehensive product knowledge, advice, training, and support.

What will you be doing?

• Driving the development and extension of up-to-date technical content for the Commercial Team to utilise with Customers
• Creating and implementing a plan for continuously improving the technical capability of the Commercial Team
• Coaching the technical capabilities of the Commercial Team, especially the Business Development Managers
• Shaping a customer-centric process for the efficient and effective management of product performance enquiries.

What do you bring?

You ideally bring a tertiary qualification in Agribusiness or Science with a proven track record of delivering technical expertise within the agrochemical industry. Your background may be in marketing, agribusiness or commercial agronomy. You will be technically minded and customer-focused, you bring excellent business acumen and the ability to communicate, negotiate, influence and develop constructive relationships with internal teams and customers alike, and you’re results driven, collaborative and outcome oriented.
