About the Role

At Nuseed we pride ourselves on being easy to do business with, being knowledgeable and being transparent. You will join an established team, and hands-on support and training will be provided.

The Customer Service Team Leader's priority is to provide an exceptional customer experience. You will achieve this through your naturally customer centric mindset which will see you striving to respond effectively to customer enquiries and working to ensure orders are processed accurately and timely.

What will you be doing?

  • As team leader of a small and critical team you will be responsible for coordinating day to day tasks and providing training and development.
  • Build and maintain effective communication channels with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular reporting and analysis for informed decision-making.
  • Coordinate the Canola seed portfolio, including order management, dispatch, and customer communications.
  • Proactively monitor and manage the end-to-end canola portfolio, identifying, communicating, and resolving issues as they arise.
