What will you be doing?

  • Develop and coach less experienced members of the Field R&D Team

  • Provide internal technical support/insights to sales and marketing groups including product performance enquires and facilitating technical product training for sales staff, growers and channel partners.

  • Conduct technical product training sessions for Nufarm Sales staff, growers, channel partner agronomists and industry influencers.

  • Participation at industry field days, research days and workshops.

  • Build strong highly valued technical relationships with key identified contacts locally and across Australia.

What do you bring?

You’re a qualified Agricultural professional who brings extensive experience of scientific field trials; and expert knowledge of Broadacre crops. You’re knowledgeable about crop protection and you're driven by continuous improvement in field.

Proactive and results driven, you’re a natural communicator with a high degree of integrity and autonomy, who brings the ability to form relationships that last. You will have a passion for reporting results to a diverse group of stakeholders in a way that is uncomplicated and offers strategic insight. You enjoy developing and coaching others through your experience, knowledge and skillset and empower them to grow and succeed and role model our values and leadership principles. You’re confident working on an autonomous basis as part of our wider Portfolio Solutions Team.

If you want to be a part of a thriving, supportive environment and are inspired by the prospect of being a part of something bigger, we’d love to hear from you. Nufarm is proud to be recognised as an endorsed employer of choice for all women by Work180.
