About the team
The Private Business and Family Advisory (PBFA) team create value
and improve the way our clients work by providing advice such as
asset protection, business performance, business reporting,
accounting and taxation management, wealth protection and
generational change management.
About the role
The Team Assistant provides end to end administration
support to a group of professional service providers, specifically
within our PBFA Family Office team. The Family Office team provide
a market-leading service suite for the management of small to
medium business. Core accountabilities for the role include
managing and prioritising a range of administration tasks to ensure
the team meets client expectations.
The team assistant will also collaborate with a group
of Assistants to facilitate internal social events, manage ad hoc
administration requests and implement process
improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting Client Directors within Family Office with calendar management and inbox management
- Organising agendas and taking minutes at meetings
- Drafting client correspondence letters and documentation
- Issuing, reviewing, filing, and distributing client mail to the wider PBFA team
- Providing administrative support to the PBFA Assistants
- Assisting the team with end of month billing
- Supporting the organisation of group meetings and team social events
- Document management tasks including scanning and filing documentation accurately
- Managing and updating any client information changes
Who we’re after

- Experience within an administration role, ideally in a corporate environment
- Experience with using the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams)
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritise tasks effectively
