We are currently seeking several experienced Warehouse Coordinators to join our team in Narangba!

  • Pay Point: Grade 6 - $89894 + 12.75% Super + Allowances

About the role


As a Warehousing Support Co-ordinator, you’ll effectively coordinate customer and supplier interactions with the Warehouse Logistics and Fleet teams through exceptional administrative support.

You’ll manage the creation, reconciliation, scheduling and coordination of customer orders, coordinating material planning requirements with various internal stakeholders, manage customer back-order requirements, develop and build freight shipments as well as co-ordinate the quoting and scheduling of freight activities.

You’ll undertake administrative support for the warehousing, logistics and fleet functions such as timesheets, leave bookings, credit card reconciliations, travel bookings, PPE management, managing the centre’s inbound calls, transport calendar, contractor bookings and inductions. Through your role, you’ll organise and improve our logistics & warehousing systems, supporting to increase our supply chains capacity, safety and efficiency. You’ll support a 24 hour network emergency response service roster, ensuring the efficient and safe delivery of materials and equipment during emergency events

About you

This is an opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to be a part of a team that embraces that embraces a can-do attitude. You will hold a Certificate IV in Business Administration or a Certificate IV in Warehousing Operations/ Logistics or equivalent experience as well as:

  • Experience in business support administrative role preferable with coordination of project activities and supplier/contractor relationships.
  • Sound data entry, processing and management skills, with an emphasis on accuracy and the ability to extract, manipulate and analyse data for reporting purposes.
  • Strong computer skills with extensive experience in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and SAP.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply a customer service approach, sound judgement, initiative and discretion in engaging with stakeholders to support the achievement of objectives.
  • Strong problem solving skills, with demonstrated ability to be responsible, reliable and take action to meet deadlines and changes in priorities, following approved processes and guidelines.
