    About the Opportunity

    We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Branch Manager to join our Building Projects Team in Wollongong.

    Reporting to the State Manager, this dynamic role is responsible for successful and safe delivery of Property Services operations through the effective management of administrative tasks, people, and scheduling to maximize Programmed Property Services customer satisfaction and profitability. In addition, the role is also responsible for capitalizing on Property Services operational success by generating cross sell opportunities and winning additional work.

    Nature of the position: Permanent, Full Time

    Location: Wollongong OR Canberra based

    Reporting Line: State Manager

    About you

    To be successful in this in this role, you will have previous experience in high volume works and managing people and projects.

    • Travel between Wollongong and Canberra to support the State and Branch Managers
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders both internally and externally
    • Strong negotiation and sales skills
