About Us

Programmed Facilities Management is a leading provider of services to the education, local government and infrastructure industries. The role of a Senior Works Planner and Scheduler will lead a team of planners (2-4) to manage works delivered through our internal service delivery team and network of vendors.

Requirement

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in planning and setting up schedules for dispatching to works teams. Knowledge of Asset and Job Management is a pre-requisite with an advanced knowledge of Excel and planning tools. Experience in IBM Maximo is an added advantage.

Opportunities

You will be joining a knowledgeable and capable Centre of Excellence team that supports all business services relating to operational and contractual delivery to our clients, from Works Management and Administration through to Business Systems and Reporting Analytics. This opportunity exists as a result of an internal promotion, as staff retention is important to us.
