About The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity presents for a Vendor Administration to join Programmed, working within our Programmed Property Services team.

Reporting to the Compliance Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting the team through on boarding of new vendors (suppliers and subcontractors) as well as the management of vendor documentation and the vendor database. You will be directly responsible for reviewing, analyzing, developing and maintaining relationships with key suppliers and ensuring all parties comply with policies and procedures.

This is a Full-Time permanent opportunity with work from home flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Previous experience in an administration role
• Exposure to managing the on-boarding of sub-contractors and suppliers (preferred but not essential)
• Experience with Navision/ Dynamics 365 (preferred but not essential)
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Fantastic communication skills
• Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills
• A positive attitude and strong motivation
