The Role:
We are currently seeking to employee a Hiab-Crane Operator/Truck Driver & Trades Assistant . You will be based out of our Western Sydney depots (St Marys & Prestons) and be active in delivering essential maintenance services to our client Sydney Water across multiple Western Sydney locations. The hours for this role are full time and may include after hours and weekend work which will be compensated.
Key functions;
- Operating trucks and Hiab,
- Move, position, and reposition loads ensuring all are safely attached to crane
- Ensure all health and safety requirements are adhered to.
- Load and unload equipment, materials, machinery, spares, and tools
- Overflow containment equipment
- Transporting and distributing equipment to appropriate site locations according to operational demands
- Assist our team of skills trade staff in day-to-day workshop and site duties as required
What you will need:
Essential
- MR License
- Experience operating an HIAB Crane
- Vehicle loading crane (CV) or C2 ticket.
- White Card
- Dogman’s licence
- A clear commitment and understanding of Quality and Health, Safety and Environment systems
Desirable (but not required)
- Confined Spaces ticket
- Working at Heights
- HR Licence
