About The Opportunity

A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced Service Deliver Team Leader to join our dynamic and friendly team based in Spring Hill. This role is responsible for managing the team of coordinators who provide work order management support to multiple Queensland and National Contracts in the planned, reactive, and quoted works space.

Nature of the position: Permanent, Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coaches, mentors, and develops team of Service Delivery Coordinators
  • Reviews incoming support requests and service requests, ensuring works are in line with responsibilities of the Service Delivery Hub
  • Reviews system metrics to create insights into performance, such as outgoing and incoming call volumes, service requests and WO data
  • Develops and implements Standard Operating Procedures associated to the activities managed
  • Implements jeopardy management techniques to ensure contractual KPI compliance
  • Responds to client escalations in a timely manner.
  • Weekly review of actioned service requests to ensures all appropriate follow up actions and communications are completed and registered in the appropriate systems.
  • Provides regular reporting regarding Service Delivery performance against Contract Specific SLAs
  • Monitors daily work volumes to ensure appropriate resources are allocated to meet business outcomes.
  • Manages stakeholder expectations through frequent, accurate and timely updates.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience within a Service Delivery Team environment, preferably from a Facility Management background
  • Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
  • Strong written and verbal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task through use of multiple systems tools and processes
  • Exceptional people skills with an approachable nature
