What you’ll contribute to:

We are searching for an experienced Finance Officer with minimum 2 years Accounts Receivable experience to join the QAL Finance team.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, this mid-level generalist role will deliver both Accounts Receivable and Payable responsibilities, so inexperienced applicants will not be considered. High resilience, self-motivation and attention to detail will drive success doing repetitive transactional activities like processing all QAL invoices accurately, daily processing cash receipts, End Of Month processes and reporting, and managing doubtful and bad debts.

How will you make an impact?

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with demonstrated Accounts Receivable expertise. Ideally you will have commercial and property real estate experience, as this role will support our commercial stakeholders with many tenancies and sites. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, highly organised and be happy doing valued, recurring duties for the long-term.

Key deliverables / responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Processing all QAL invoices in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Manage and monitor QAL Group’s doubtful and bad debts, including liaising with collection agencies as required.
  • Complete End of Month processes as required and associated reporting.
  • Daily processing of cash receipts.
  • Ensure the provision of an effective Accounts Receivable service, ensuring revenues are applied and reconciled accurately, ensuring correct coding of invoicing and receipts within relevant systems.
  • Handling accounts payable responsibilities in the absence of other team members on leave.
