Your opportunity:

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Payments Reconciliation Officer. As part of the dedicated Payments Reconciliation team, you will be responsible for processing customer payments from various payment channels to Urban Utilities receipting systems, undertaking investigations and reconciliation activities, processing refunds and other payment related queries and providing timely and professional services to internal and external customers. The role also contributes to ongoing improvement and automation opportunities to deliver contemporary and seamless transaction services, whilst ensuring compliance with obligations and financial controls.

About you:

Ideally, we are seeking a passionate, customer focused individual with experience in accounts receivable, particularly with receipting from various payment channels, have an eye for detail and the ability to collaborate and service all our stakeholders. You will have demonstrated experience working within billing or receipting programs like Hi-Affinity and be intermediate with Excel. As there are various tasks within the Payments Reconciliation team, we are seeking an individual who would are able to multitask and manage their own time to achieve the tasks required each day.
