Your opportunity:

Are you a customer-focused accounting professional, working towards your CA/CPA? We are currently seeking an Assistant Accountant to join our team until October 2025, contributing to the delivery of timely and accurate processing of financial transactions. This will include the preparation and posting of journals to the finance system and preparation of account reconciliations. You will work alongside the asset and tax team with the opportunity to develop your skills across the Finance function more broadly.

While your technical skills and knowledge are important, we are also looking for a positive, dedicated, team player who is willing to collaborate and support the wider team. Your enthusiasm, desire to produce efficient and quality outcomes, and ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders will ensure your success in the role.

About you:

  • Strong customer focus and a team player with excellent collaboration skills.

  • Attention to detail and strong MS Office skills (Excel)

  • Strong understanding of accounting concepts, including financial reporting.

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in business/finance/accounting or related field.

  • CPA/CA qualification desirable, but not essential. We can support your training & development as you work towards this.
