Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high level administrative support/coordination to the relevant Committee/s, attend Committee meetings, and support the respective Committee Chair/s and Deputy Chair/s.
  • Coordinate, process and review training assessment documentation submitted by trainees and supervisors, responding to queries as required.
  • Assist in supporting central college activities including local workshops and meetings, Fellowship Training Program national selection and exams.
  • Assist in the delivery of Mock Exam webinars.
  • Contribute up-to-date information for College communications including the College website, trainee events, newsletters and other correspondence.
  • Contribute to the planning and design of directorate processes and documentation.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • High level interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus, including the ability to work as part of a team and to liaise effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills, particularly with respect to accuracy and detail
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in drafting papers, minute-taking and agenda preparation is an advantage
  • Ability to research, understand and interpret regulations, policy documentation and apply solutions
  • Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines, set priorities and operate independently using your initiative within a small team environment
