Curriculum Coordinator
Te Whiwhinga Mahi | The Opportunity
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and facilitating the curriculum review activities for RANZCOG’s training Programs.
- Assisting with drafting of review documents.
- Liaising with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Preparing and circulating documents and correspondence and responding to queries from stakeholders relating to curriculum review activities.
- Receiving and filing reviewed documents with special attention to version control.
- Supporting the work of operationalising the revised curriculum.
- Administering College initiatives and projects related to curriculum development.
- Assisting with other projects – planning, preparing project roadmaps, documentation preparation, communication and additional duties as directed by the Manager, Curriculum and/or Executive Director, Education Development.
- Undertaking other duties as requested by the Manager, Curriculum and/or Executive Director, Education Development.

- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills, particularly document preparation and correspondence.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise and communicate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders, individuals and groups, whilst maintaining positive relationships.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and complete tasks within strict timeframes.
- Sound judgement and decision-making skills with the ability to problem solve.
- Sound knowledge and aptitude for Information Technology, above that of common software applications such as Microsoft Office suite.
- The ability to work without close supervision, as a member of a team; be enthusiastic and self-motivated; contribute ideas and collaborate in their implementation.
- An interest in and the ability to grasp complex issues relating to education and women’s health.
- Previous experience in educational development/education project coordination is desirable.
- Demonstrated behavioural capabilities, knowledge and experiences consistent with our Organisational Values
