About the role:
The role itself entails you leading the office based customer service team and enable the sales and operations teams in the field.
The Business Services Manager is responsible for the effective day-to-day, leading and developing of the customer service teams including recruit, train, manage, and monitor their activity to achieve the businesses goals. You will enable them to support the frontline-facing operations and sales team so that they have what they need to meet customer service and sales-specific targets and to provide a high level of quality service excellence to our customers.

- Gives practical training, support, or assistance through actions and/or directions.
- Shows ability to gather and make sense of large amounts of information and apply it to make business and customer-focused decisions.
- Build relationships and collaborate with other heads of departments.
- Communicate expectations and direction, inspire others to achieve objectives, and hold them accountable to high standards of performance.
- Competence in Microsoft Office Packages
- Basic OH&S – Work Site Safety
- At least 3 years of proven customer service skills, sales experience, and leadership ability.
- Experience in a services industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
