About the role:

We are looking for a HSEQ Administrator on a fixed-term 12 month parental leave cover contract to join the team to provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to key stakeholders and the and for identifying and implementing positive HSEQ change initiatives.

Specifically, you will:

  • Establish and maintain best practice in HSEQ administration functions
  • Provide administrative support to assist with the implementation and maintenance of the integrated management systems in line with ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards (e.g. SharePoint documentation management, records management on drives & SharePoint, MDR compilation, etc.)
  • Assist with completing the weekly and monthly reporting for HSEQ KPIs
  • Assist with following up on open incidents and NCRs, in line with the current processes, and update the status of them as identified.
  • Assist with the collection and recording of the safety statistics.
  • Support the HSEQ internal and external audit program, including deliverables, and following up on non-conformances.
  • Assist in developing and implementing the HSE and Quality strategies.
  • Influence and build relationships with all stakeholders to ensure safety and quality management processes are implemented, maintained and continually improved.
  • Preparing and assisting with the HSEQ meetings and presentations.
  • Monitoring and management of EHS360 administrative functions.
  • Participate in team/business meetings and assist as necessary.
  • Coordinate arrangements relating to internal and external HSEQ training courses for relevant stakeholders.

To be successful in the above duties, You will have:

  • Current Australian driver’s license.
  • Workcover experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Office, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Ability to engage, develop and maintain relationships across all levels of business.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy of information.
