Apply now for the dual role of Channel Partner and Key Account Manager for our Diagnostics Point of Care (POC) team. The Channel Partner role will support our national network while the Key Account Manager role will cover POC sales in South Australia (SA) and Northern Territory (NT).

Reporting to theBusiness Head - POC, in this role you will be essential in channel partner sales growthby developing a clear strategy,identifying and developing opportunities, assisting with sales presentations as well asmaintaininga high level of customer satisfaction. Furthermore, within your Key Account Manager duties you are responsible for growing POC in SA and NT while working closely with current and new accounts.

Your role:

  • Grow reseller business above market growth through targeted sales campaigns and partner management.
  • Develop and execute on sales strategies to achieve above market growth.
  • Key Account Management of one of our largest accounts in the business.
  • Opportunity to drive incremental growth through conversion of competitor’s accounts to Siemens Healthineers. 
  • Meet with customers to define product/service needs and specifications.  Continuously work with customers to monitor product performance and needs.
  • Interface with marketing to quantify needs and to provide intelligence to management on competitive products and Company product enhancements. 
  • Keep abreast of new products in the market and of current and future company products.

Your expertise:

  • Experienced Sales in Fast Moving Consumer Goods and/or healthcare
  • Tertiary qualification in Science, Applied Science, Business or related fields (nursing, biomedical, medical scientist)
  • As this is a dual role the channel partner part of the role is national and covers Australia and New Zealand. The Key account manager role is for SA and NT. Candidates can be based anywhere in Australia, but a strong preference for SA based candidates. Frequent interstate travel, especially South Australia and Northern Territory, will be required.
