The Role

Located at our beautiful Springvale Botanical Cemetery, this full time Contact Centre role will have you at the forefront of creating a positive and empathetic experience for our customers and community.
With ongoing training and development, you'll discover a rewarding culture built on shared values, a drive to do your best, and care for one another. In addition to this, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing positive, empathetic, and professional service to our customers.
  • Educating our customers on products and services available.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Problem solving and making decisions to meet customer and business needs.
About you

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have excellent customer service skills with an empathetic approach.
  • Be a proactive individual with an eye for detail and the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Have a proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
  • Be able to learn new systems and processes.
