About The Role:
We support and lead the creation of individualised memorial tributes and our Team is passionate about providing the highest level of Care to our customers.
With exceptional organisational and customer service skills, we project manage all plaque memorials, from initial purchase with our Sales Team, to memorial installation.
You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide customer centric solutions and ensure customer needs are met.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Act as a brand ambassador by modelling the SMCT values
- Ensure completion and verification of all documentation is in accordance with guidelines
- Track and record the sales journey of each customer to ensure a high level of customer service is provided and maintained from start to end
- Process and respond to client related enquiries including emails, mail and phone calls in a timely manner
- Meticulously update computer records in our CRM
In addition to this, you will have:
- A passion for achieving and exceeding the customer service experience
- The capability to effectively build productive and professional relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to deliver multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Exceptional communication (verbal and written) capabilities.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office package; specifically in word, excel and outlook
