About the role

The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) delivery team is a cross functional team, created to deliver a consistent and transformational RPA programme across the whole of Sportsbet. The right candidate will be openly curious about how RPA can benefit Sportsbet and will use their drive and determination to deliver the best RPA solutions, using the latest cutting-edge technology, across all departments of Sportsbet. The team is also responsible for the management of relationships across multiple teams to ensure effective delivery of the programme and realisation of benefits.

Reporting directly into the Automation Leader, this is an exciting high-profile opportunity for the right candidate.

Responsibilities include:

• Identify and evaluate RPA opportunities across all departments of Sportsbet, driving automation initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for automated process designs.
• Act as a liaison between technology teams and business units, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
• Collaborate with Process Engineers and Developers within the RPA team to design and deliver high-quality automation solutions.
• Consult with relevant stakeholders to gain endorsement for proposed automation solutions, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

About You

• Self driver with proven experience in a Business Analyst or project delivery role essential 
• Formalised training in Business Analysis/Project Management or Lean Six Sigma qualification desirable 
• eCommerce industry knowledge a plus 
• Proficiency in Visio or other process mapping tools using BPMN would be a distinct advantage
• Experience working within agile teams desirable
• Experience with RPA technologies and how they work desirable
• Knowledge of sports, wagering, mobile applications, payments are all advantageous but not mandatory
