About The Role

Reporting directly into our Chief Transformation & Sustainability Officer, you will provide1:2 quality support to him and our newly appointed Director of Customer Operations. From diary/inbox management and meeting arrangements to travel, expenses, and the preparation of presentations/reports this fast paced role will also from time to time assist their leadership teams deliver on their strategy.

You will be fully empowered to own this role and we welcome someone who brings suggestions forward, helps drive sync between teams and is adaptive given our large scale work force that has competing and changing priorities.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Create and manage agendas, team wide PowerPoint packs, time keeping and following up on actions for weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings
  • Manage team offsites and onsite events including venue/room booking, catering and activities
  • Arrange international and interstate travel, accommodation and itineraries where required
  • Ensure your executives have appropriate recommendations and information prior to any approvals/meetings
  • Reconcile corporate credit cards and expenses and develop and maintain filing and administrative systems
  • Collaborate with the EA community for company wide events
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders on behalf of the where appropriate including Workplace technology, Finance and Procurement etc.
  • Be an empathetic ‘gatekeeper’ by knowing how to redirect or reject requests for meetings/appointments
