About the role

This is a full-time opportunity located in Brisbane CBD.

The Customer Acquisition and Marketing Specialist is a senior member of Stanwell’s retail team responsible for the development and execution of customer acquisition strategies, including strategic marketing campaigns, for commercial and industrial customers.

The role reports to the General Manager Retail and Technology and works closely with the Retail Sales team and Stanwell’s Corporate Affairs team to elevate Stanwell Energy Solutions brand awareness and improve product positioning to help drive business growth.

Key activities include:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communications strategies that align with Stanwell Energy Solutions business objectives and market trends.
  • Oversee brand positioning and messaging for Stanwell Energy Solutions, aligned to the Stanwell corporate brand, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and communications platforms.
  • Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, webinars, events) aimed at increasing customer and consultant engagement.
  • Create targeted campaigns that highlight Stanwell’s retail electricity offering, services, and benefits, fostering deeper relationships with clients and consultants.

About you

  • Extensive experience in a senior marketing, customer acquisition or customer experience role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic customer acquisition plans, create B2B marketing strategies and collateral and utilise digital marketing tools and analytics.
