We own, operate and maintain the electricity transmission and distribution network in Tasmania. We deliver a safe, cost-effective and reliable electricity supply to more than 295,000 residential, commercial and industrial customers. We facilitate the transfer of electricity between Victoria and Tasmania via Basslink, the sub-sea electricity interconnector. We also provide telecommunications and technology services.

About the role

Band 3 - salary range $74,240 - $104,905 per annum (plus super)

The role of Service Delivery Specialist at TasNetworks is not your regular service desk or desktop support role!

This role works at the forefront of ensuring that Digital products are delivered effectively and efficiently, to meet the needs of TasNetworks and our customers.

The role will provide operational and technical support across the business, managing each service request with knowledge, professionalism and a consistent focus on excellent customer service.

The role is responsible for troubleshooting digital and hardware solutions, supporting end to end processes and driving improvements across various platforms.

About you

You will offer an adaptable yet agile approach to servicing customers, providing service delivery excellence to establish and build strong relationships across the business.

You will offer knowledge and experience in providing support in a digital function, demonstrating business knowledge and best practice in your delivery.

Your personable and ‘can do’ approach, coupled with the ability to use initiative, prioritise tasks and work across various business sites will see you succeed in this role.
