The Role

Key responsibilities in this role include:

  • Lead the planning and design of the Digital and Technology Strategic Blueprint, focusing on planning and enterprise architecture.
  • Develop architectural standards and processes to manage digital demand effectively across TasWater.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align digital solutions with business needs and strategic objectives.
  • Oversee the governance frameworks for digital technology, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

What we're looking for

To be successful we’re looking for the following experience:

  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Senior-level leadership experience in digital transformation and architecture design within complex organisations.
  • Strong technology management skills, particularly in digital architecture, planning and governance.
  • Advanced verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

The Details

This role can be based in either Hobart, Launceston, or Devonport and attracts a salary of Circa $180,000 (inclusive of superannuation), negotiable dependent on experience.
