About the Operations Supervisor Role:

As an Operations Supervisor you will be responsible for all aspects of safety, performance, and resourcing and team leadership for specified operational areas and/or operational processes. This includes overseeing all activities and resources associated with the branch to achieve agreed objectives, optimising profitability, and business efficiency with a strong customer focus, in a safe and socially acceptable manner.

What you’ll do (duties/responsibilities including/not limited to):

Critical to this role is the ability to plan and coordinate daily activities and hold team members to account. This position plays an important role in achieving daily KPI’s and identifying/actioning process improvements, along with engaging support from other functional leads.

What are we looking for in an Operations Supervisor? What’s important?

  • 2+ years experience in a similar role (as described above)
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel etc.)
  • You're enthusiastic, motivated, show initiative and can multi-task
  • Problem-solving and commitment to continuous improvement

Please note hoursMonday to Friday, 11am – 7pm. Based out of our depot at Townsville.
