The Quality Management Systems Technician will support the effective deployment of Quality Management Systems.
As a Quality Management Systems Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the Chorus 2.0 management system (document management system) and associated practices for Australia.
- Chair meetings required to ensure Quality Management Systems suit needs of the audience.
- Manage and coordinate the associated Chorus 2.0 calendar of events working closely with CPO network coaching as required.
- Regular reporting on Chorus 2.0 management system processes and statistics and communication to relevant management.
- Administration of associated systems for the smooth management of the Quality Management System.
- Administrative tasks to ensure all foundational data kept up to date for the Quality function.
- Operation of associated systems to ensure timely update of information.
- Focal point for all queries and requests in relation to Chorus 2.0 in Australia.
- Works closely with the CPOs to ensure objectives set in process reviews are implemented
- Management, implementation and maintenance of associated tools and portals for the smooth operation of the Quality function.
Essential Experience:
- Ability to work well in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in SharePoint.
- Familiarity with JIRA
- Excellent communications skills.
- Ability to prepare and present reports to a range of audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to understand and critique requirements.
- Excellent time management skills including the ability to meet deadlines.
- Courteous and harmonious interaction with customers and colleagues alike
