KEY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a CCS System Technical Lead, you will be accountable for:

  • Contribute in System Requirement Analysis activities to confirm requirements are testable and allocate a Verification Method(s) and Verification Phase(s), documented in the Verification Matrix
  • Assess system design for overall compliance with contractual requirements Develop test plans and procedures and ensuring that integration, validation and verification (IVV) activities fully cover all aspects of the system under test
  • Ensuring effective management of resources as per the test strategy
  • Conduct V&V tests including formal customer acceptance tests and writing test reports
  • Managing defects and tracking their resolution
  • Collaborate and influence across multiple teams to ensure good quality delivery of V&V activities
  • Testing on site
  • Troubleshooting on site
  • Troubleshooting in the lab (platform)
  • Consolidation of system handover from Installation to T&C
  • ITC signoff with approval from Subsystem technical lead
  • Follow up on PCR closure
  • Active participation in System Integration Testing

KEY KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

To be successful in your role, you will have demonstrated and/or acquired the following knowledge and experience:

  • Tertiary system engineering qualification or relevant
  • 5+ years previous experience of working with COM Systems
  • Experience in CCTV (Closed-Circuit Television) and PIDS (Passenger Information and Displays System) is recommended
  • Previous Brownfield & Greenfield environment experience in the Transport industry
  • Practical experience in System engineering and IVVQ
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimum supervision
  • Experience in DOORs
  • Soft skills to lead teams
