About Your Role: Senior Project Planner and Scheduler
Due to business growth, a newly created role has become available for a highly experienced Senior Project Planner and Scheduler to join our Underwater Systems Business based in Rydalmere.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for conducting planning and scheduling for the assigned bids and projects. You will partner with key stakeholders, ensuring expectations & project execution are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and scheduling the scope of work within the Project Management tool
- Preparation of PMO monthly reporting inputs for Control Account / WorkPackage / Project / Programme dashboards
- Implementation of EVM methods and reporting as required
- Provide required deliverables to the customer as contracted
- Actively support the development and maintenance of Risk & Opportunities
- Drive the development and maintenance of the Schedule Risk Analysis for the Project
- Conduct of schedule acceleration for bids/projects/programs using tools such as Acumen 360
About You?
- Degree qualified in business, engineering or equivalent
- Sound experience in Project Planning, Controls and Project Management
- Demonstrated knowledge of the project management lifecycle
- Advanced skills in Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Advanced knowledge of Primavera and Scheduling Tools
- Working knowledge of schedule acceleration concepts or tools such as Acumen 360
- Financial / Budgetary control of control account & work-packages
- Excellent team player able to bring positive and helpful spirit
- Exceptional written and oral communications skills
