The Thales Graduate Program is a two-year program commencing in February 2024. What makes us different from the rest?

About Your Role

As a Configuration Management Graduate at Thales you will work on interesting and innovative projects. Many of our contracts are with local defence, government agencies and diverse countries around the world. We need the brightest grads to join our team.

On any one day you can expect to:

• As a Configuration Management team member, assist the team with the representation of air traffic management systems using configuration data and their validity across the whole lifecycle.
• Ensure the integrity of the definition, recording and traceability of the configuration data.
• Provide the data to enable the verification of internal and external configuration documentation.
• Manage the retention and availability of stored data to required parties.
• Manage the recording of configuration baselines and provides status on identified gaps or omissions.

How About You?

• Recent degree qualification in Business Information Systems, Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Aviation Management with a minimum credit average, or be in the final year of completing for graduation end of 2023
• Leadership experience demonstrated through previous employment or extra-curricular activities whilst studying university
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to work within a diverse and inclusive team environment, results focused, resilient, resourceful and a thirst for solving problems
• Initiative, inquisitive and a desire to challenge yourself and continuously keep learning
