About Your Role: ILS Engineer

We have a unique opportunity for an ILS Engineer to join our Engineering team based in Sydney or Newcastle. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the management of the entire lifecycle of physical and infrastructure assets. This is key role that will work with different areas of the business, providing improvements, risk, capability development and product support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) - Obsolescence Studies; Level of Repair Analysis (LORA); Maintenance Task Analysis, optimisation of Maintenance Planning; Spares Modelling; RCM and FMECA analysis and Life Cycle Cost (LCC) analysis. (training will be provided where required)
  • Analysing and reporting on design, development, test and implementation to meet contract requirements
  • Representing the In-Service Support (ISS) team on all ILS matters and participating in project and technical review meetings

How About You?

  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in Engineering
  • Experience in managing technical documentation life-cycles
  • High level of interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
  • Aptitude and experience for interpreting technical engineering information
  • High level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
  • Good knowledge of engineering lifecycles and Configuration Management requirements.
