What you'll contribute to
The primary objective of this role is to provide a high level of administration sales support to the Commercial Vehicles Sales Team located in the Fleet Sales Department. Your primary focus will be the preparation of commercial vehicle sales quotes to customers to maximise profitable opportunities for TFS. The role will encompass vetting of quote requests including researching vehicle types, bodies, ancillary equipment. The role will involve direct contact with customers and suppliers.
The role is based in Olympic Park, NSW. However, the team will be moving to our brand new, state-of-the-art office in the Sydney CBD in November

How you'll make an impact
- Commercial Vehicle (CV) Inbox management. Vetting all CV requests received in the CV inbox and allocating to the CV team for action and recording completion
- Liaising with regional teams regarding CV requests and ensuring correctness of requests and working with regional staff to resolve
- Reporting weekly and monthly on CV activities to the team and Commercial Vehicle Manager
- Supporting the Commercial Vehicle Manager in the management of compliance and risk activities and accurately collating data for ongoing assessment and review
- Assists in the development of processes and procedures for CV Team to continuously improve the performance of the team.
- Maintain the recording and tracking of all correspondence within the Commercial Vehicle Register and update the Customer Folders within the CV Inbox for audit and reference requirements.
- Strong customer service experience within a sales environment
- A broad knowledge of the fleet leasing industry, commercial vehicles and associated ancillary equipment gained through trade, leasing, fleet management, logistics or commercial vehicle sales background would be desirable.
- Exposure to financial analysis in a lending environment is desirable
- Sound MS office product understanding.
- Analytical skills
