What you'll contribute to
The Aftersales Division is responsible for planning, coordination and execution of all national parts and accessories activities including sales, business development, procurement, supplier management, Dealer support and warehouse operations in order to achieve sales volume, market share, profitability objectives and optimise warehouse operations to global best standards.
The Strategy Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting the gathering, analysis and collation of data required to define strategies and systems to drive the growth of Toyota Genuine parts market share into the future, as well as supporting the Manager, Pricing & Profit with reporting & analysis of Business Development projects.
This role is based in Altona North with flexible work arrangements on offer.
How you'll make an impact
- Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of agreed Strategy & Systems development plans in order to achieve Aftersales objectives.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of systems and processes (including IT) to increase the efficiency of the Toyota & Lexus parts and accessories Strategy and Systems function.
- Assist in the implementation & co-ordination of schedules for projects, liaising with key stakeholders to monitor and report performance against key milestones to ensure project delivery & alignment of activities to meet project goals & objectives.
- Gather and summarise information and data; prepare and distribute reports, to ensure sound decision making based on accurate and timely information.
- Act as the key contact for Strategy & systems team, resolving any queries or issues.
- Monitors tasks with respect to compliance with all relevant regulations and statutory requirements in order to minimise Toyota's risk exposure and liabilities.

- Degree qualification in Business or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of accumulative experience
- Strong Analytical & data modelling skills (experience in Power BI)
- Experience in the Automotive industry is desirable
- Experience in Project Management
- Understanding of supply chain management
- Strong stakeholder management and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with all.
