What you'll contribute to
We're on the lookout for a dynamic District Sales Manager to join our team! If you're passionate about driving sales and love the thrill of achieving targets, this role is for you. You'll be the mastermind behind the wholesale of new vehicles, crafting and communicating sales strategies, and ensuring our Dealer network hits those all-important sales volumes and profitability targets for TMCA.
As part of our Field Operations Division, you'll be at the heart of our regional offices and Franchise Development. This division is crucial in building a sustainable dealer network. You'll be driving performance, focusing on new vehicle sales and customer retention initiatives. Plus, you'll be enhancing dealer operations and profitability through strategic planning and market representation strategies.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity based at Sydney Olympic Park
How you'll make an impact
- Maximize Vehicle Wholesaling: Review Dealer inventory levels and recommend the perfect mix of stock to smash those sales targets.
- Implement Best Practices: Ensure sales processes and procedures are top-notch and aligned with our policies to achieve regional sales goals.
- Support Dealer Sales: Provide expert advice to managers on sales policies and standards to boost Dealer sales and marketing efforts.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Analyse and strategize Dealer opportunities, plan for growth, conduct training gap analysis, manage logistics, and contribute to performance reviews.
- Build Strategic Partnerships: Support stakeholders in aligning business functions, resolving complex issues, and improving business processes to minimize risk and support retail development.

- Relevant experience in sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Proven project management experience and financial acumen.
